Alternative Title: Waterlogged Lilith
Lilith wanted to train to better deal with water types. I know it's not part of her traditional learnset, but I'm pretty sure sure a powerful mage like her could learn Thunderbolt. That'd probably work better than this. The only thing I'm complaining about is being stuck between her bloated behind and the wall, and even that's minimal.
