So my mom spoke with her doctor, one of the millions of times she's been there.

and the doctor says to her.

"Every time you come in here, I always remember what my professor said You must always think of the common dieseases for people. However for you [my mom] we have to check for something weird."

And my mom says,

"So when you hear hooves, instead of hearing horses, you hear zebras."
