I hate to be a drag and give a negative comment, but where's his groin? I can't picture him walking very easily like that....
It looks like you traced this from a taur drawing, chopped off the secondary body and tacked on a tail... It's the only way I can make sense of how this even came to be... The overmuscled legs support this, but it's possible that you just drew them that way because you like leg muscles, which is fair.

I'm not saying you're not talented. You certainly have a knack for limb anatomy, but the generally body is just out of proportion and generally lacking in sense... You might want to work on your light effects, too. Regardless, keep drawing. You have potential for sure.

I know i used to have a wierd drawing style but i'm currently fixing it more and more ^.=.^ also Dragons are reptiles so we are able to hide the groin XD, imagine a huge dragon landing on top of you roaring and the only thing that is on top of you is its goods XD it would be either chaotic or very startling XD
