That Was Tali Then, This Is Tali Now
A comparo of where our pretty kitty has come over the past 20 years or so.
Left: Technically speaking, this isn't the original inspiration for Tali. Pride of place on that score goes to "Fantasy Erma" from 1987, even predating Tali's creation. However, this heavily reworked framegrab of Kitten Kaboodle from the 1991 TaleSpin episode "A Star Is Torn" is the earliest appearance of Tali in her current incarnation.
Right: It's a little tricky figuring out Tali's evolution over 20 years, as, for the most part, other artists have been doing the renditions. But, limiting things to the pics of Tali I've executed myself (whether original or image manipulation), the most recent depiction would be, of course, Tali in "The Couch Kitties"...
