Built in 1890... This house is amazing, will post more photos later on, especially with all the future restoration projects.

This house comes with plenty of meet and greet great space and looking forward to some epic bbqs!

Way to big. Once you finish cleaning the entire house you will have to start all over again as where you stated got dirty again. There was a reason back then they hired an entire staff to maintain the house.

What is it 3000+ square feet?

Thats not uncommon not to mention alot of older home lack 'modern' conveniences. Looking at the other comments its been updated a few times it appears Indoor plumbing, electricity and much climate control
