Ok this one sounded a lot better in my head but once again I'm still happy the way this one came up. Yes this is another electric type because I was in that kind of mood and guess what its a male XD Hope you guys like him^^

Orlando, born in Jubilife City of the Sinnoh region, didn’t care much for the city life even if Jubilife was his home town. When he was a Shinx around the age of 6 he spent most of his time indoors away from the city life however sometimes he would sneak off to the north of the city and play there along with his sister but sometimes his sister would rather stay in the city than leave with her brother. His father worked in the mines down in Oreburgh City while his mother worked in the city of Jubilife as an executive of the Jubilife TV and even though they worked they still had time to spend with their children.
When Orlando turned 10 and became a Luxio his family moved to Viridian City in the Kanto region where his sister joined an academy known as the PCA at the age of 14. Since the academy was close she didn’t have to dorm but she wanted to anyway. Orlando showed little interest in the PCA but it only interested him just a little bit but while her sister attended and his parents worked he would sometimes either head north, west, or even south of the city to train and when he turned 15 and became a Luxray he joined the PCA just like his sister.
Within the years of being in the PCA his sister would spar with him since she was done so he could be become stronger. When he’s battle he likes to start off fast with his electrical attacks giving his opponent a good shocking however if his opponent has no effect with electrical attacks he attacks with his physical or other special attacks.
