This is a regular seal. His name is Seafoam. He does not talk. He communicates with barking and other seal sounds, but he gestures like a human being, so that people will understand what he is saying. He also makes seal noises out of emotion, so that others will know how he feels and what he is concerned about. He also travels from one place to another by swimming and crawling, and he does many good things. He also enjoys life, being the best he can be.
