This is a leopard seal. He lives in the arctic areas, in the water and on land (where there's a lot of ice). Unlike most leopard seals, this guy does not bite or attack travelers. Instead, he does nice to them and others. But he'll bite and attack when threatened. He travels from one place to another by swimming and by crawling on land. He also enjoys life, being the best he can be.
