Belfrey's daughter Belle is a bit of a mess but Belfrey wouldn't change a thing about her. Okay, maybe she'd like her to wear matching shoes and wear her glasses that's about it though.

As for critique, I think overall just more detail in the background would help tie the piece together a lot more than it already is. You have the foreground alright with the detail on the rocks and the pond grass coming out of the pond. Even if it's more simplified trees or something in the distance would help. You could also play with silhouettes to draw the eyes back to Belle as they make their way across the image. I still love the piece overall though; Belle is a delightful character! :3
