This is Karma Memory. When someone says, "What goes around comes around," or "You reap what you sow" or "Karma will mess up your life for messing up
mine/other people's lives," this guy is like, "You got that right!" and he punishes anyone that does what is wrong, but he rewards and respects those who do good things. He also reminds people of what happened before, what they have done, and he will teach them a very valuable lesson. As for those who commit crimes, he is their criminal record. He's like, "You committed a crime, you went to jail, you talked to a judge, you have so much on your mind, nobody will trust you to work a job at this rate." And if their criminal record is wiped clean or when some bad guys are forewarned about possible consequences, he tells them, "Don't do this again!" and then he will go away. But if people are haunted, he let's them know the causes -- heinous crimes, ways of thinking, taking into account and remembering bad times all the time, he would tell them to get over it and move forward. But when someone says, "Karma's a b****!" he laughs it off. He is Karma Memory. Plus, his name explains it all -- he is destiny, he is haunting memory, he is criminal record, he is Karma.

Plus, his head looks like spagehtti and he is light blue because this is all I can imagine when making this puppet.
