This is from the millward side of the buildings lining Central Street. From Central street all you see is the mostly vacant storefronts of the once booming rustbelt town, you don’t see the other side, the apartments once home to factory workers and the large stretch of empty parking lot between there and the towering brick walls of the empty factories.
