This is an Australian Silky Terrier (not a Yorkshire terrier. Silkies look like Yorkies, but they're from Australia. Yorkies are from England). This guy has an Australian accent.

Examples: When he says, "Allright, let's do this!" he goes "Ooo roite! Let's doer dis!" his long "o" sounds almost like an "r" sound. And when he says, "What are you doing?" he goes "Wut ah yooer doin'?" and when he says, "Oh my gosh," he goes, "Ooer moiy gawsh!" Imagine Steve Irwin, or Dingodile from Crash Bandicoot, or Wolfychu or anybody with an Australian accent. That is this dog's accent, too. He's an Australian Silky Terrier. He is smart, gentle, and respectful. He gets along with everyone and he is helpful. He also enjoys life, being the best he can be.
