This is not a puppet, but I found a ball of fuzz that felt like crafting felt, and I used a Sharpie's black permanent marker to draw the eyes and mouth (it turned out dark gray) and I used super glue to make it more opaque and hard. And I thought that staring at this face would bring you much joy.
