I don't talk about my birthday much, while it's already come and gone, this year I actually tried to be more vocal about it. I haven't been vocal about my birthday to friends for 8 years now, this year felt happy for once. It was nice, but I still had to wipe away bad feelings of guilt and that I didn't deserve nice things but to only give kindness to others. I'm 34 now and I have wonderful friends. ~
