Fitting submission today, as I slept till 2PM ugh! Original description below (Jul 29, 2017)
Who watches cartoons on Saturday morning anymore, not when we've got the internet! That being said, apparently parental groups were the ones that killed that programming block, not the medium itself as you'd have thought. Luckily those killjoys don't have the reach online like they did on TV, particularly when it comes to games.
Oh yeah, here's a drowsy fox geek in her underwear. Something about video game apparel is attractive, no clue why!

I'm sure the age-old "hours of cartoons rots your brain" mentality was partially behind it too, but I'm reading that regulation (the E/I sign on cartoons) and the ability to watch cartoons all hours of the day on dedicated cable channels also led to the Saturday block's decline. Huh!
Some channels like Boomerang rewarded their fans with online saturday-morning streams a few years ago though, was real fun to catch those with a bowl of cereal.

oh yeah, dedicated cartoon channels make sense.
I remember back when I was in high school, my prime cartoon watching time was also saturday morning, but because I had saved a bunch of friday evening cartoon on the digital recorder and watched them while I waited for the few actual satam cartoons that interested me to get added to the pool.
The good ol' YTV days
