Here we have yet another entry into this every growing set of digital painting commissions.
This one is a bit more of an action piece, allowing me to dig back into my roots as an artist. The little bits of Nick that overlap Judy provide a nice feeling of depth between the two characters and really helps to sell the contact. I also like Nick’s facial expression. I sometimes forget how dramatic an effect pupil size can have on a cartoon image. Been a while since I have dipped my toe back into that pool.
