Dezrin-shei The Void Valkyrie. This was my first major digital accomplishment with Photoshop, back in 2013. It took quite a while to finish, and could still use a lot of work (rework?), but this has been one of my best pieces to date still. Other than the initial sketch for pose and general look on paper, this was done in Photoshop CS6 with a small Wacom bamboo pen tablet.
In looking forward to a rework, the wings (feathers especially) will need work. But other than that, I might play with her weapon being a long polearm instead of that axe. That might be a lot more fitting for a winged being like this!
