Here we have Shirik's initial design concept from 2005 with a pic of the draguinea from 2010.

Shirik was designed to be feral and I never intended her to end up anthro, after one picture of her anthro though (http://us-p.vclart.net/vcl/Artists/Shirik-Draguinea/SHIRIKCLOUD3.gif) in 2006 I chose to keep her as an anthro character.

Horn size has been shrunk dramatically as well as no longer having the grooves in them, head shape is now more rounded and guinea piggish, ears are more rounded and less creased, wing size is smaller and tail tip is shorter and fluffier. Her fur colour has also lightened a fair bit and her eye markings are smoother and more rounded as well as the addition of her collar.

I like to think I've improved :D
