This was a veeeery old character from my own comic idea. His name is Scarat. He's supposed to be one of the companions of a Beast Tamer-type character. The idea was that he was supposed to be a bioluminescent feline and good at digging? Idk man, i was like, 13- lol
My redraw gives him a sleeker/more fluid design, and I think his abilities might have to change to something along the lines of "speed of light" instead
