The background texture is digital.
The lines on the fox are traditional, and they were done with either a .5 mechanical pencil or #2 pencil (I drew this a while ago I can't remember which) and it's on lightly textured paper (8.5x11). However, it turned out particularly... textury this time. I'm not 100% sure why. Might of been because of how light I drew it.
