Why doesn't furaffinity have 'squirrel' under species? WHY?!

Anywhoose, this is my *still* unnamed squirrel-boy. This was taken from an old sketch. I was bored and flat-colored it in PS. Just a few notes:
1) Those are regular squirrels that are trying to get his nuts
2) Those are acorns that he is holding
3) Meh squirrel-boy is a black squirrel (yes, they do exist)
4) I chose his haircolor at random.
