Old character. Theori (thay-OR-ee) (plural) are an alien species of dog-like mammals. Not much is know about this species, except that they are known to be very loyal to those who gain their trust, and will do anything to protect their owners. They have calm and wise dispositions, but can secrete venom from their fangs if attacked. The older the Theorin, the more splotches that are present on its coat. No one has ever seen a Theorin pup, since the adults are very protective of them, but it is assumed that they are born with a pure green coat, like a Dalmatian puppy is born pure white. When running, they can break the sound barrier if out in an open field. The long whiskers on their muzzle move constantly, even if the wind isn't blowing. However, they do not have any nerves in them. Like the splotches, their whiskers are longer the older they are.
