One of my Dragonball Z OCs, Chilla. Faia's niece and an Enkajin/ Icejin hybrid.

In the story she appears as a child, but this would be many years later where she serves more under Kuriza (Freeza's son) then Freeza himself. Fairly strong, and is noted to be able to use little chi to cause mass damage as her control of it is very similar to her mother, Arctic.
