"Frissura" - Character Reference (By Raxrie)
I call this mauve fancy-fluff "Frissura". She's a dragon I was lucky enough to win/adopt from
raxrie earlier this year, and I'm reposting here for reference purposes.
She's a little devious, and quite capable of handling herself. An unfortunate misunderstanding with her clan leads to a 'temporary exile' -- to get her out from under foot, mostly -- but 'officially' it is meant to broaden her horizons, and see her return a better and more respectful dragon. She takes the situation poorly at first, but eventually accepts the opportunity to take flight and see more of the world.
One fateful day has her discover a peculiar sight: A very slow-moving and exceptionally *round* dragon on the street of a human village. Not stomping, ravaging or razing, as she'd expect a male to do. Nor was he pillaging, or enforcing fear and reverence as was his due as an apex predator. (If he even *could*, she noted... was he waddling?)
In fact, it seemed like there were an awful lot of human pests on the streets as well. They seemed pretty lively, not that she was a good judge of such things. Like most dragons, she'd been raised far from any big human nests.
Were they... celebrating? Had they captured this dragon?
She descended to investigate more closely, and could tell the moment she was spotted. Humans began to scatter and make various satisfying prey noises. But she was most surprised to see the green and yellow male roll into a more 'upright-ish' mode, sort of rearing on his hind legs, and growling defensively. The effect was fascinating, if not particularly intimidating...
