Ophinia decided to let her go, gaining some weight.
Of course, Mayby greatly dislikes big girls, and decided to put a tight belt around Ophinia's waist, which doesn't come off until she loses some weight. And that belt is REALLY tight, so Ophinia is crying of pain and bliss at once.

I love this picture, it shows Mayby for the first time, and gives a good, genreal impression of her. Notice the hole for her pouch in the dress.
I also love Ophinia's wardrobe... really. Mayby has a clothes fetish, hence she locked Ophinia's gloves and boots in place. Now that Ophinia's breasts are sealed by the belt, it's only getting better.
