Meet Shiloh the Shiinotic.

He just wants some company and uses his victims for nourishment. After hypnotizing his victims with personalized and specialized lava lamps, he plants tiny mushrooms on the back of their necks. It's Strength Sap, but doing so without using his glowcap (or upping the intensity of the lamp glow) to put his victims further into a trance makes planting them a somewhat painful process for his victims, potentially snapping them out of their trance. Sapphira the Raymond don't seem to mind, though.
