It looks alright, but the head doesn't suit right. It's like he has big body and small head.
If you're looking for advice, I'd recommand you to use male models as references or good videogame artwork such as Street Fighter, Final Fight, etc. The artists drew the muscles pretty good!

The body shape isn't bad, only the muscle lines need work.
I really disagree with the guy above suggesting to use Capcom artwork as reference, that's no better than using Rob Liefeld's.
If you need a good source of reference, try looking for medical muscle anatemy images. The art for King of Fighters prior to KoF2001 are very accurate too.
