Though it's hard to tell who's winning here. Following the theme of the first picture from back in the day, Dewey Decimal ended up making the rounds in Ponyville and meeting all and sundry, before getting roped into attending one of Pinkie Pie's parties. Being the intellectual stuck-up he was, he did a perfect imitation of Twilight's early 'these ponies are crazy' mood and promptly got himself drunk on spiked punch.

He then fled the party in a somewhat drunken daze when his social patience ran out, and somehow ended up in the Mayor's Office. Where Mayor Mare was rather entertained to find a dashingly handsome young librarian balancing awkwardly on her table while announcing in overtly flowery language all the things he would do to such a fair maiden!

He passed out moments later and woke up the next morning with a hangover and absolutely nothing besmirched.
