An interesting question, but one that requires much unpacking.
"Is she a better cat than Olli?" requires us to ponder the following:
1) Is Olli "good" ?
A) Is Olli a "good cat" ?
2) What makes a "good cat" ?
Is Olli good?
Olli is a good girl, yes. Is Olli a good cat. This is where it gets tricky. She clearly has enthusiasm for the role, but does enthusiasm translate to quality cat-ness?
Whatever the answers to the above, I don't believe we have enough context for Cat!Samus to properly ascertain whether or not she herself is a "good cat" in contrast to Olli. Professionally, I cannot claim one to be a better cat than the other, but as a biased hooligan, annoying concertina cat all of the day, brvh.
