I think I could, it would be ideal if I could use a Sonic & the BK figure since he has a sword and an open hand but I don't think you can buy those anymore, at least not the 3-inch version (though I found those little sword shaped toothpicks are the perfect size) The Sonic that comes with the car would work too because he has open hands.
have you seen the Amy figure? The rings are part of the arms, not the hands. But I can fabricate the armlets out of clay if anything. Also the spikes would mostly just be a repaint job, and I could make the hair for the forehead easily enough. Also, assuming the sword on your avatar is the one he uses the BK sword could easily be modified into that.
I could make the extra spikes and blend them into the sides of the head, but I can't really change the spine pattern on the action figure, there are basic limits based on what I have to work with, and I can't exactly make one from scratch...well I probably could; or maybe work from Amy's head which is rounder, but it wouldn't look as good as the official action figure's. Compromises have to be made somewhere.
