One of the last "Road Rovers" characters I created before I left the fandom almost 10 years ago. Carousel, the cocker spaniel with the long ears, was featured in a small series of pictures I did that depicted all the trouble and discomfort long luxurious ear-locks can get you into. I shortly started receiving a ton of fan art of her ( love it all guys, thanks :D ) and the other day I was looking over them again and was like, 'huh, they're all black and white...."

Well duh- I realized that of all the dozens of drawings I've done of her, I've never done one in color. So I set to remedying that.

It's okay. Started out pretty good, but then I started to get bored with it quickly, so while I was trying to hurry, I didn't notice that my color pallete somehow got reversed, so half my highlights were white and the other half purple. D'oh! And it happened so long ago that it would take hours to redo the layers, so I just snuck in like, 6 layers of highlights to sandwhich in the mistake colors. 6 layers of highlights is just ridiculous XD Alas, I can looks at this no more, so here it is.

Trying to upload the last few finished and almost-finished pieces to my gallery over the next couple of days so that I can concentrate on my commissions.
