Monster trucks naturally have a low top speed at around 99 mph, so they have a disadvantage starting out. However, that is actually more than enough, as I am not aware of any living creature that can go that fast without assistance. A horse can run around 55 mph, and scaling one up would most likely just make it slower. Of course, we are dealing with a fictional character, so real speeds could be considered as irrelevant. If we go that way though, I could just say that a monster truck can go twice as fast, so I would prefer to keep things within logic. Using logic though, we can conclude that an animal of that size couldn’t survive due to the weight that would be put onto it, and would probably crumble immediately
