This is the third form or Idhe after he tried to grow his arm back.
In Stage 1 he still had control but was uncontrolably angry and hated everyone.
In Stage 2 he had some control but was very violent and sometimes went into a blind rage.
In Stage 3 his mind is almost completely gone. He has near to no control over his movements. Only people who are very close to him and stop him and make him take control for a short time.

XD Holy crap I'm getting good at detecting this stuff. Really, now I'm getting curious about what kind of ideas ya got in store for Idhe in part 4...but at the same time I'm still scared of what's to come of part 4, and don't let this prevent ya from going with that ultimate form, either.
