August's reincarnation fascinated Viki, as she was the one soul she could never release into the afterlife. Combine his unusual ability with his prowess in battle and the mind of the curious spirit was set. As she follows him he and those around him catch glimpses of her, and she even appears to August himself from time to time. Judging by the blade though, it seems whoever has seen Viki won't live to tell the tale.
