Not all! what about TMNT 200X/CGI NIcktoon, He-Man 200X, Thundercats 2011, GI Joe resolute, Transformers Prime etc. good reboots done right and while not a reboot but a continuation My Little Pony FIM is generation 4 and made by someone who actually grew up with the material instead of guns for hire who weren't fans of the material like Thundercats Roar for example.

Sorry, I should've specified all the current reboots are awful, like Thundercats Roar as you brought up. Especially anything post-2016 where they have to add a hamfisted political angle. And whether you agree with the politics or not it detracts from the product because they're too focused on proving a point instead of telling a story.

I have no issues with the movie aside from the general oddity of making a movie of a property developed as episodic (or collection of shorter subjects like Animaniacs).

Minerva and possibly Hello Nurse have both most definitely been cut out of Animaniacs, just like how Miss Bellum was cut out of the Powerpuff Girls 2016 reboot-sequel series. Who else has suffered the same fate?

No one wanted the PPG reboot. Not even the people you call "SJWs." It was universally panned. Minerva and Hello Nurse not being prominent in the Animaniacs reboot was executive meddling and not from any outside pressure.

There is some slightly good news to share: Not only was it not the team's decision to remove her (it was executive meddling), but in episode 5 of the reboot, she has a small non-speaking onscreen cameo, as if to say to the execs "Hey, remember that character you said was too offensively hot and in control of her sexuality for us to show in Current Year? There she is, dick. Deal with it."

They also at least confirmed that Hello Nurse still exists--Dr. Scratchansniff apparently mentions at one point that Nurse has joined Doctors Without Borders, so that's at least a nice attempt to go against the execs' wishes for her to just be totally gone now.

I think youre taking this whole thing too seriously. Its just a cartoon and your complaints are based more on emotion than anything real.

The creative team has already even given her a cameo as was her most common appearance in the original series. Cameos were her most common appearance in the original since she only had two shorts actually dedicated to her.
