Way less restrictive than my regular hauberk of maille lol! Visibility is pretty good too, a little less depth perception than my regular helmet but otherwise not too bad at all!
The arms are compression sleeves with a little foam stuck to the outside so there isn't much to impact movement, and thetail didnt really change my balance very much! It allowed me to lunge further by a little bit which was nice lol! ^w^
