This is RC Striker, hes a street vigulanty, a cocky 20-somthing who acts morel ike a teenager.
His back story is like Frank Castle only his dad, a NYPD cop was killed while off duty. Since then RC (Ryan Clawfort) swore revenge and also to clean up the city his own way. He is also an ex-marine who specilesd in Infultration
He wears some light tactical gear but his main weapon is his spring loaded wrist blades.

Hes heard of DL's antics and thought he could join her cause.
