I figure sometimes Conrad actually reaches a limit and kicks Jake's ass, because in reality Conrad can have bursts of power that could overcome Jake completely. The more the ... "warilla" curse overcomes him the stronger his outbursts get.

It's really kick ass!
As for the name you could go off of Warilla
Maybe something like Vauritla ( v - ah- ray - t'la ) Bit more french or prestigious sounding, or if you want to keep the 'war' part maybe play on that like warstille ( war - steel - A )
