FALCON is a techanoid manufactured in Russia, she is a extremely flexible air attack unit capable of performing efficiently on many different combat situations. FALCON was supposed to be the HARPY squadron leader but something happened during her examination.

FALCON and EAGLE were to be evaluated so that Artemis corporation could decide who will perform the role of commander for the newly formed HARPY squadron, Eagle performed greatly on her examination and got a good score on the combat and maneuverability test, thats was until FALCON took the examination her performance was not only matching EAGLE in many aspects but also beating her score, but during the speed test, one of FALCON's engines failed and caused her to crash this automatically disqualified FALCON and EAGLE became the new leader of HARPY squad, while Director Ryder agreed that FALCON capabilities and potential were great, but he could not allow a unit with defective engines to lead a squadron, humiliated and heavily damaged FALCON was brought back to Russia for repairs, engineers could never determine what caused the terrible engine failure, but FALCON believes the Americans somehow sabotaged her engine so that EAGLE could win the examination.

She currently continues to serve on the Russian Army, but she is dreams with the day she can prove to the world she is the true Ace of the skies.
