Sandy Cheeks was out of her treehouse, thinking about something. Since Spongebob was busy at the Krusty Krab, she had to do something to keep herself occupied. She thought for a moment until she decided to do some yoga. For a while, she tries out, listening to some calming music from a boombox with a CD player in it.

She tried out some basic stuff like breathing in and out. Of course, during the process, she felt her body felt so loose that she almost fell on her back. That gave her an idea. When she did her breathing tactic once again, she decides to do it while she's concentrating on her stomach. Amazingly, it did. Instead of her lungs, she manages to breathe deeply inside and continued to prolong her inhalation.

Later then, she stopped and swallowed. Sandy looked down and sees that her body is now too big to even make an attempt to go through the treehouse door. She smiled, glancing at her amazing work.

"Who'd thought that yoga doesn't just make the world go ROUND?" She laughed, wondering if she should inhale more.
