I'm so sorry for not updating this (FINALLY have done so, on 11/2/2014). A helpful furry commenter below told me that this picture is by Laura Jennings, made for the role-playing game "Shard" (which I think is table-top, but hard to tell... I have to do more research on that!). So we finally know where it comes from! His feet arouse me most of all. I never would have expected a walrus to have those kinds of feet, but they're just...incredible. Ones I definitely wouldn't mind worshipping and touching.... :)
All in all, I think he's cute, sexy, and so incredibly snuggly. :) Perfect belly, moob, face, and feet. I love him!

I'm seriously wondering what kind of animal I should make the main character....a younger practitioner of meditative studies/martial arts who is fascinated by this strange larger creature (the walrus is a foreigner). I'm thinking either a tiger, a bear, or a panda (but if I do the latter, people will immediately think Po....hmmm....).

Yeah, as much as i would love that to be a Panda, you're right, hehe.
So.. normally i would go for a Bear second, but since this is a oriental ambience... i'll say a Tiger (i do love tigers too ^^ ... mrrrr ^^).
