"TJ!" Mrs. Weaselton called out, "You're going to knock the tree over!"

TJ ignored his mother and climbed higher. "The tree needs a star, Mom!" TJ used his arm strength to compensate for his weak legs, the star in one paw, and a firm on the tree in the other.

Sam, TJ's little brother closed his eyes and squeaked in fear, "He's going to kill the tree! He's going to ruin Christmas!"

TJ climbed higher, and despite his mother's threats to ground him until Easter, he made it to the top, deftly placing the star at the apex.

TJ jumped down, landing on his bottom with an umph and a slight crinkle.

With ornaments and baubles knocked to the floor, and the tree still swaying slightly due to TJ's gallant efforts to make the best looking tree in town, Mrs. Weaselton served her rambunctious boys some eggnog. "That star really made the tree perfect," she thought.
