Sometimes you want to put in a setting something which makes even less sense than usual. Aaand in this case that is litterally their strong point. They make so little sense that they can "short-circuit" magic which goes haywire around them and even if it manages to touch them has a chance of being multiplied and reflected to the one casting the... whatever.

Also, let's face it. You got to love a design of a creature that walks on their hands and handles things with their feet. Aaand that's not a mouth.

Uhm... have ... fun playing this thing... it's supposed to be used to make jokes about how people assume some piece of anatomy has a function while it has another. Basically it is for people who want to troll other people... but (hopefully) in a way that it is accepted by all at the table.
