I mean technically that title can apply to both Pich and Ferix seeing as they're rather mute boys normally; but hey I think Scar Demon fits the scarred lad more. Pich needed a title so gonna go with a fitting one for him. Quietly staring at you after you've completed the puzzle.
You've previous solved, unless you skipped youcheatinggoofs, and acquired Ferix before him. Now to acquired the second sluggo to have a completed duo. How to win over Pich? Well who knows, I guess depends on your choice of words. Hopefully doesn't nab you a Bad End instead of a lovely sluggo demon. :>
