Lumi and Trish had only meet each other a few years ago on an online dating app, only a few months later they'd start a relationship. So when the two heard that they'll be able to meet on this joint military exercise between Canada and New Zealand, they couldn't wait for the day to come. When they day did come and troops from New Zealand were shipped over to Canada, Lumi and Trish shared a quick hug. They both when out on patrol and came back exhausted. So later that night they shared a room and snuggled in each other's embrace for the cold night ahead.
