Okay, so in all honesty, I got both this and the Kiara edit finished last night, and was prepared to post both at the same time today. However, I then realized that it had been requested by the someone who had made another request through both FurAffinity and DeviantArt accounts (the two usernames were different). I don't know whether this person realized what they were doing or it slipped their mind, mainly because they refuse to give me a direct answer when I asked that question.

Because of this, I was debating whether I should upload this at all. I ultimately decided that it would be a waste of time on my part if I didn't, so here it is. Balto bound and gagged underwater as requested. But I really did not appreciate that violation of my one-request-per-person rule. I know these are just lousy edits and not high art in the slightest, but when I'm offering to do something, I expect to be given respect in return.
