Another of my friends' characters in my upcoming story. If you're wondering what the "DDP" in our serial number stands for, it's explained in the story.
If you're wondering why Dark Jolteon is green rather than the blood-red of the other Dark Pokemon, it's cuz my friend absolutely refused to be red. He made the same point
Latios411 did. Black and red is cliche. I don't care; I think it's cool, but he refused anyway.
His Dark Power is the ability to phase through solid objects.
