Drew this last month when I wasn’t feeling so good so not my best decision making so I don’t think this came out well as it could, but really wanted to get this guy out of my head at the time, inspired by the Octopus Spy’s people have drawn.
He’s a Scream Fortress member despite being coloured blue(another former blue team member) he is actually the leader of Scream Fortress just let’s Dr. Second Opinion be a ‘Co-Leader’ of sorts as he is more social/Bossy than he is, but he leads the ‘Top Secret’ missions
