Ohgodwhat. In case it isn't clear, it's just something I made for laughs (and because I felt like making a few horrible, horrible puns). I'm not even really a Pokemon fan.
1.Deaddy
Deaddies are created when trainers bury their Teddiursas alive during the full moon and unearth them ten days later. However, this is rarely put in practice as the ratio of successful conversions is about 1/10. Most trainers look down on this procedure, and Deaddies are therefore hard to find outside Team Thanatos' possession. Deaddies are little more than shambling corpses, using their diseased teeth to bite and their foul stench to nausiate their foes.
2. Cadabear
Much more useful in combat than Deaddies, Cadabears are a force to be reckoned with. Their limbs hold terrible strength, they can raise a shield of flesh-eating maggots to protect themselves and they have an insatiable appetite for gray matter. They are also, however, pretty daft and slow to react, so trainers using them in friendly competition should be careful lest their opponents get their Pokemon back missing a few bodyparts.
3. Grizzlich
After consuming enough meat and bone, Cadabears are ready for their final evolution. Grizzliches are unbelievably powerful, but their powers comes with a cost - unless they can sacrifice a Pokemon each month, their owners fall ill and, while never really dying, gradually grow weaker and weaker. Therefore, Grizzliches are kind of a status symbol in Team Thanatos because only the highest ranking members can afford to own them without any side effects. Grizzliches can drain their victim's soul, cause epidemics or create a phylactery to rise again after being defeated. They also possess telepathy, but seldom use it to communicate with humans.

I'm really not sure, I don't think I ever followed his work on DA. I knew him from 'eatpoo' where he was quite prolific (I miss that forum so much...) The reason I bring it up is because this piece reminds me of his style a lot - the hovering wings, the eyes, the symbols, even the bear. I understand that these are some common motifs in a lot of art nowadays but I just thought there might have been some inspiration there. Not that that's a bad thing. :)
Actually, I picked the hovering wings, symbols and stuff from here, I think I mentioned it on a previous submission. And as I said, it's a bear only for the sake of puns (and because I noticed how disgustingly adorable Teddiursas are). But I do see why you might think it was inspired by deadbear!
The avatar was from here, but it's pretty much the same concept, so yeah...
