At this level of development of the race, the inhabitants of the planets can easily destroy entire solar systems in various ways.
It shows a not entirely canonical situation and rather something similar to the technology of the Death Star, although this is not entirely rational.

The use of a powerful plasma cutter, which cut asteroids in relation to the whole planet to enhance the comic effect of dialogues and some artistic experiments. I'm still scared to do big battle scenes, and there are quite a few of them in my universes. We can say that these are timid attempts at something very large and epic. For example, the events shown can be applied to the fall of the western Federation ring. I would write that this is it, but there are some inconsistencies. :)
